As Co-Founder and Chair, she brings together lived experience and more than ten years of project management, nonprofit governance, and grassroots organising expertise to drive meaningful change.
Skilled in managing complex community projects from concept to completion, Brandy leads initiatives that prioritize financial literacy, education, and entrepreneurship empowering individuals and communities to build stability and long-term opportunity. Her work reflects a deep commitment to creating equitable systems and fostering sustainable, community-centred growth.
Sonya Venedam, Co-Founder & Board Secretary
Sonya Venedam is a people centred professional with over two decades of experience in customer service, where she has built trusted relationships grounded in empathy, integrity, and genuine care. As Board Secretary, she combines her organisational strengths with her passion for creating meaningful connections, ensuring clear communication and effective support for the board and wider team.

With a strong track record in project facilitation, Eden leads teams through the full creative process from concept to delivery ensuring that every project is engaging, purposeful, and culturally resonant.
